Key Responsibilities • Direct and manage the Program Management Office, ensuring alignment with company strategy. • Oversee the execution of product and technology roadmaps with cross-functional teams. • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers. • Define and manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. • Drive accountability and efficiency across teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. What You Bring • Must have extensive experience in the semiconductor or related deep-tech industries, with 5+ years in leadership roles. • Deep understanding of system design, analog/mixed-signal, digital, and verification methodologies. • Proven track record in program management, including customer and stakeholder engagement. • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor development and production, especially in SerDes or mixed-signal chips for consumer applications. • Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
