What You Bring • Must have extensive experience in the semiconductor or related deep-tech industries, with 5+ years in leadership roles. • Deep understanding of system design, analog/mixed-signal, digital, and verification methodologies. • Proven track record in program management, including customer and stakeholder engagement. • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor development and production, especially in SerDes or mixed-signal chips for consumer applications. • Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
