Your expertise in J-STD or IPC 620 protocols and your hands-on experience with time-served mechanical assembly will be crucial as you: * Streamline and enhance production workflows. * Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance measures. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste and reduce costs. Qualifications & Skills: 1. At least five years of hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing projects, showcasing your depth of practical knowledge. 2. Certification in Lean practices, preferably Green or Black Belt, demonstrating your commitment to process improvement. 3. Experience of J-STD or IPC 620 protocols 4. Extensive experience of working in a mechanical assembly environment It is also highly desirable if you have experience of using CAD (SolidWorks or Creo) to design fixtures for assembly.
