Your main focus will be supporting the Siemens suite of PLM applications, in particular Teamcenter. We are looking for someone with a Maintenance engineering background who has knowledge and experience in demonstrating compliance with maintenance Relevant Good Practice (RGP), such as SFG20, CIBSE Guide M, ISO 55000 and Infrastructure/Plant/Equipment design standards. We'd love to hear from Engineers with the following: A good understanding of SFG20, CIBSE Guide M, ISO 55000 and Infrastructure/Plant/Equipment design standards and associated inspection and maintenance requirements Strong root cause analysis and Failure Mode Effects (Criticality) Analysis experience An HNC/HND or equivalent suitable experience, such as EngTech MIET Demonstrable knowledge and experience of maintaining infrastructure, plant, equipment and systems Familiar with maintenance strategy development during design, including Availability, Reliability & Maintainability considerations The ability to deliver maintenance engineering advice and guidance across an equivalent manufacturing and/or research environment comprising a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment Experience of identifying, managing and reporting on engineering safety risks to senior management Previous experience of leading the delivery of engineering services across the life of an asset What will you be responsible for? Setting, managing, and assessing standards of competence for Maintenance Engineering Safety Reviewing suitability of maintenance scope and service for maintenance delivery by AWE and contract personnel for compliance with relevant regulations The review of legislative records pertaining to maintenance engineering safety Advising on the safe and effective implementation of engineering safety at AWE Providing oversite of supply chain's specialist contractors application of engineering safety when delivering tasks Providing technical support in resolving complex and multifaceted issues across the business Supporting the development and efficient operation of the Engineering Safety Organisation Making judgement on the safe and effective implementation of engineering safety within area of authority Influencing and contributing to the development of AWE engineering safety policies Some reasons we think you'll love it here: AWE has wide range of benefits to suit you.
