Experience of working with constraints and adapting approaches to mitigate against constraints. You and your role This Senior User Researcher role is part of our Hybrid Cloud Services (HCS) team. You'll be leading on the planning and execution of strategic research activities, defining issues faced by the HCS team and users. You have the skills and knowledge to choose and implement the right research strategies, guiding and supporting your team of user researchers. We want you to make sure that the quality, efficiency and accuracy of the research conducted remains high, and that we're representing users effectively, as well as working with the wider research community to define and share best practices.
