Effective tracking of design deliverables and updating procurement schedules. Proficient with EVM and reporting process. Proactive use of QSRA and management of Risk. Mentoring / coaching to assistant planners / planners. Requirements: Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous. Strong experience in project planning and management experience in defence, marine, nuclear or EPC sectors. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications advantageous. MUST have ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearance. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Understanding of relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and nuclear safety best practices. Experience managing relationships with military personnel, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
