When interviewing for HTML jobs, as with many IT positions, it is important to be prepared to answer technical questions in order to demonstrate your knowledge, as well as the way you communicate technical solutions to non-technical people.
In order to help you prepare, here are some commonly asked HTML interview questions. (A link to the answers can be found at the bottom).
- What is HTML?
- What is a tag?
- What is the simplest HTML page?
- How do I create frames? What is a frameset?
- How can I include comments in HTML?
- What is a Hypertext link?
- What is everyone using to write HTML?
- What is a DOCTYPE? Which one do I use?
- Can I nest tables within tables?
- Can I have two or more actions in the same form?
Remember to be very clear with your answers but try to keep them succinct to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and confidence your responses.
