What You'll Be Doing: -Work with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritise, and rank business problems and AI solutions -Analyse and validate product/solution ideas, taking into account desirability, viability, and feasibility, and recommend next steps -Manage the product/solution development process from ideation to development and launch -Drive cross-functional alignment and consensus on product/solution priorities -Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritise roadmap items -Help stakeholders productionise results of AI solutions -Drive discoveries of new product ideas -Produce AI solution design documentation -Test and iterate products based on feedback from users; design and conduct A/B testing -Contribute to developing a Capita-wide AI delivery strategies and product management framework What we're looking for: -Demonstrable experience as a product manager/consultant and/or business analyst, developing AI products and solutions from inception to productisation in an enterprise setting -Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary, agile team to deliver user-centered AI applications -Proven experience in shaping or contributing to your company's AI strategies -Practical knowledge of MLOps, with demonstrable success in scaling AI or data products -Strong technical knowledge and understanding of key AI domains, with a focus on GenAI technologies -Knowledge of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI -Demonstrable commitment to learning about AI through your own initiatives, such as courses, books, or side projects -Substantial experience in at least two of the following domains: -product management or delivery management -business analysis, or / and -business development or consultancy in relation to AI solutions -Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience of influencing, interacting with, and presenting to senior stakeholders -Big picture thinker with a consulting mindset and commercial awareness -Pro-active attitude and great team working skills -Outcomes-oriented, with the ability to demonstrate influence and vision -Eligibility for SC Clearance Preferred additional skills/experience but not essential: -Experience in Azure / GCP / AWS tooling -Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques -Consultancy experience About Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) is a newly formed global shared service, responsible for delivering innovation and digital transformation for Capita's businesses and clients.
