I am recruiting for a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer on behalf of a well-established and reputable organisation in Oslo, Norway, renowned as a market leader in sensor technology. I am helping them find an experienced engineer that would take on the role of Technical Lead, supporting a team of approximately 12 analog engineers. There is also potential for involvement in people and project management, depending on the individual’s strengths and aspirations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Lead the analog side of sensor development from start to finish, including core definition, development oversight, and silicon validation. • Guide technical decisions with the leadership team. • Lead a team of up to 12 engineers, handling task assignments, scheduling, reviews, and reporting. • Collaborate with global teams across multiple disciplines. • Drive circuit innovation and design process improvements. • Assist with circuit design, layout, and verification as needed I am looking for an individual with around 10 years of experience who is open to relocating to Oslo. Principal Analog IC Design Engineer - Warsaw This is an opportunity for an IC Design engineer to join a global market leader of design solutions. In this role, you will use your skills in IC Design to enable Semiconductors companies adopting solutions and associated IC design methodologies. The Principal Analog Design Engineer is expected to design and develop the customisation of analog IP blocks.
