I've created outlines to my text in InDesign and exported it as high quality PDF. The graphic designer at the printing agency tells me that the text on the PDF file is not vectorized. I thought it was all about creating outlines?

In another design I've only used vector images, but when sending to the printing agency, their graphic designer tells me, that the images are not vector.

Am I in general exporting wrong maybe?
