I want an Portfolio Type Website, Any recommendations on preferred tools for setting up an online portfolio and business site?

I know the big players such as Wix, Laravel, PHP, Squarespace, Wordpress, etc...

Are there any new players out there that might be interesting to check out? Someone recommended Full Scope Freelancer which, tbh, looks pretty good for the price.
