I do a lot of walking to improve the strength of my spine and to generally lose some weight which would put a lot of stress on that area. I had physio some years back due to problems with my sorca illiac and was told that the only way to prevent its reucrrance was to walk. I have been doing a lot of that lately where I live in Suffolk and blessed with some wonderful views. Would this help by any chance. Come back to me
