i go with elastic and what they said
quailty work and one to one contact with the customer is better than any discount,it shows your work and also that you take time and effort into your work.

elastic, post: 825 a écrit : Unfortunately the promise of work tomorrow does not put food on the table today.
If you don’t charge consistently, you devalue your offering.
I’ve found that the best long term collaborative relationships come from quality of service, not from deals and discounts.
You said it yourself “there are others who will always work cheaper”, but I would suggest, you get what you pay for.

hi
when you first start up it can be worrying, different ways of getting paid, getting yourself noticed,it sounds like you need to know more about the printing side of it
standard printing methods
colour:cmyk
resoultion:300 dpi some printers use 1200 dpi so check with them
bleed/cut "this is where the printers cut your design "some are 6mm or 4mm allways check.
i can supply you printing templates for flyer's,business card's,poster's extra
wear it shows you the cutting where the printers will cut their are marks on the template so you can put your design on and see it images are in the cut/bleed area.e-mail and i'll e-mail you them for free plymouthgraphicsdesign@yahoo.com
