I think the first question you need to ask yourself is whether or not you really want to give up freelancing and be tied to someone else's schedule.:eek2

That said, the easiest way to do this would be to break down your per project price into however many hours it takes you to complete a job. That's your current hourly rate. Multiply that figure by a 40 (or 60, or 80, etc...) work week; then multiply again by 52. That's the lowest salary you should ask for.

If you're absolutely certain that you want to give up the freelancing lifestyle, be sure that you negotiate for good benefits, as well.
