playboy_bunnie, post: 3858 a écrit : I was referring to the fact that, if you are working as an employee for an employer, whom has the relevant 'whatevers' in place to charge tax via UK or via Germany.
If your self-employed I dont know how that would work, your best off speaking to the International Dept of NI or Tax.
My Scenario is that I am a HSMP VISA holder and I am running my own company. My company is about to sign a contract with a UK company for a contract based on Germany.

I will be working in Germany on behalf of my company.

Thanks in Advance,
Senthil

Hi

Thanks for your reply. what do you mean by " relevant agreement with HM Revenue and Customs". I formed my company as per normal procedure mentioned in Companies house. Is there anything specific I have to do?

How to contact Revenues to confirm the same?

Thanks,
Senthil

Hi,
I just started a Ltd company in UK. I am about to sign a contract which is for 6 months and the work is in Germany.
As I work in Germany for a short term, I assume that I dont need to pay Tax in Germany and I will be still on the rolls of my own UK company.
Is this legally allowed? or should I look for options only in UK??
Expecting your response.
Thanks in Advance,
Senthil
