Hi, I´d like to hear what my fellow Freelance Graphic designers & Illustrators do in terms of charging extra for weekend and overtime work?
I have a set dayrate (8 hours), and any time after that I charge hourly.
I´m thinking I should really be charging an overtime rate. If so, what is normally the additional % to add pr. hour?
I was also wondering if anyone has any experience with Freelance income insurance or similar?
Last but not least, I´ve been considering getting an agent, (Not working for an agency), and wondered if anyone knows where one could find someone suited to represent a designer/illustrator.
