I'm quite lucky as there a some really good places to hot-desk near where I live, like the werks (in hove and lewes). I usually pop down if I feel I need a change of scenery. It's also useful for getting help/ a fresh pair of eyes and finding good people to collaborate with. I'd definitely recommend hot-desking!

Personally I feel I live a more healthy lifestyle as a homeworker, as I tend to make my own 'healthy' food instead of buying junk food at lunch time and I can take a break whenever I feel too stressed/sapped of all creativity. It's generally a more relaxed type of working, I feel more healthy and motivated for sure!
Maybe I should get me a netrunner then I can jog and use my laptop at the same time..
