I am already in full time employment but I have had a few people ask me to do private work for them. I can do this without breaching my contract but I don't know what I need to do legally, I know I won't be getting enough to hit the VAT limit so don't have to worry about that.

Do I need to pay tax? Do I NEED to have a limited company, be a sole trader etc?
