Hi everyone,
Would really appreciate any advice or information on this. I had a contract renewed by a client until the end of October as I was offered other work and they needed to keep me so offered to meet the other offer.
I have now been told that as they have recruited they can only guarantee one month as per my first placement agreement. I have turned down the other opportunity to stay in my current contract and the other employer have now taken someone else.
I wanted to know if I had any options or what I can do if they try to now go back on the initial contract renewal agreement which they gave me confirmation via email from HR and my line manager.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
