Advice on WebSite Software
I want to build a site that allow its user registered users to upload products with description of things they have to sell, kind of a mini version of GumTree.
Any ideas what tools I would need to do create this? I know it's a big task for a person with minimal development experience. but where there is a will there is a way. If I know what tool / Software I need I will get it done.
