Hi all, i'm new hear but was hoping someone could help.
I got a freelance job through a recruiter, initially booked for 4 days, it's now a year on a rolling day rate with daily commission to the recruiter (a fifth of my day rate).
Can anyone tell me what the legal rules and regulations are on me approaching the company I freelance for and bypassing the recruiter?
Many thanks
Alex

There'll almost certainly be a specified period that you wouldn't be able to work for that client before you could then return there to work direct. It's a good few years since I did that type of work so I'm struggling to remember, but at a guess it was something like 12 weeks with the recruiter I was working through.Opus Creative Design Ltd -
