I would like to send PayPal invoice to my customers and allow them to make partial payments. Can I do that with PayPal?

You might have to send separate invoices for the different parts of the payment
Just make sure you specify in the invoice that it is a part payment and that you use the same email address every time. - Contact in PM

You just need to enable the Allow partial payments option when creating invoices, and you can even set a minimum payment amount. space waves
