Looking for a Digital Post Processing Photography Retoucher

Hi guys,
I am not sure this is the right place to start this thread but I am a professional wedding photographer and i am at present looking for digital retoucher freelancers to do my post processing work, of all the wedding images i take.
I am still on the infancy of my business therefore jobs are here and there, not much to expect in terms of steady jobs to start with but it will hopefully grow in time.
I need someone who is still new to the business or in the transition between semi-professional and professional, since i will not be able to pay much to start with but that has the creative skills and the positive attitude that i am looking for.
For the jobs i willl have, you will have to do all the post processing, such as Raw to Jpeg correction, Jpeg colour correction, white balance correction, B&W as well as Sepia and Blue Tone adjustments as well as levels, etc... Please bear inmind that all this corrections normally need to be made in 2 to 3 days, since i need them very quickly after the wedding.
