Need your opinion about the freelance helping tool

At first - I'm not promoting anything, I'm just a little confused and looking for help:)
There is a product for freelancers that helps to create proposal templates, has ready-to-go templates, AI, job notifications(you create job search and it notifies you when smth new appears on the freelance platform). It offers a free trial, after that - a free plan with limited functions or a premium with all included. The price is about 5-7$ per month.

The thing is that the number of people who buy subscription is very low. I tried to ask the customers how to improve the product and why they don't buy the full version(giving some bonuses for answering). But they didn't reply to the survey.

So I came here to ask for your opinions.

Questions:

-Would you use such tool in your freelance journey? (and if you share which tools do you use or what you need but there are no options on the market - that would be great)

- What can be the reasons people don't subscribe?

- How to get customer feedback?

- In each way the customer interaction can be improved? Like there is a community for questions and experience exchange, planning on doing study materials, group coaching sessions. But I'm not really sure about all that
