Hi all, hoping for some advice if any can help.
My landlady has suddenly announced she is selling the house I live in (totally unexpected and infuriating!), and I'm getting backlash from letting agencies over only having been freelance for a year (even from the agency I'm currently with, who have a record that I've paid the rent on time and kept the house well etc.). Am terrified I won't find somewhere in time and could end up in some sort of bonkers squatting situation (or, worse, having to give up my cats - disaster!).
Does anyone have any experience of this sort of issue? Any advice would be so gratefully received.
Thank you thank you in advance,
Emma

My query was regarding trying to find any kind of credibility as a new freelancer as no one wants to trust me. I am not going to need immediate help as am going to move into a private agreement which will not require an official contract, although any advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks again,
Emma -

My inquiry pertained to my struggle to establish myself as a credible new freelancer in the face of widespread skepticism. Any suggestions would be appreciated, but I won't need anything right now because I'm entering into a private arrangement that doesn't call for a formal contract.
