So is there a way I can hunt down a hacker?Or hire an ethical hacker?

I added this guy on steam for rocket league trading. He told me it was his 2nd account, he had his other stuff on the primary, so he sent me a fake steam link that looked legit. So i went there, it looked like a normal steam profile, when trying to add him the browser asked me to login and everything looked the same as in steam normally, even the authenticator code tab. before i knew it my account got stolen and all my rocket league stuff as well. luckily i recovered my account by resetting my password and email. BEWARE guys. I know my stuff is gone now. I am aware that this was also partly my fault for being scammed. I have to contact a close friend who introduce the STEAM to me, He then send me SacluxComptechSpecialst to contact and explain what i told him to them, At first i was not sure of the name SacluxComptechSpecialst because i was not ready for another scam but gather the courage and explain to them what happen and they request for my steam link and recover all the money back to my account within 8 hours.
