I'm a software developer working in a medium sized UK based software company. We are ahead of the curve, and are using a relatively new development technology called Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) for some of our more heavily graphical functionality.
Getting the most out of WPF means that software development becomes a shared process between designers and developers. The designers use software like Microsoft Expression Design and Expression Blend, and the resulting work is in a format called XAML.
The developer works on the functionality and the designer works on the presentation.
My problem is that there are very few (if any) designers in the UK with this experience and offering these services. Where do I even start to look?
Thanks
Pete

Alternatively you could always go down the rentacoder or elance route or even a local or niche web agency that will have a weath of different developers and designers etc.
