Hello, I'll be meeting a new prospective client in the new year but they are based miles outside Gloucester and I have no way of driving there sadly. Seeing as I'm based in London, what would you recommend? I definately think I should be going to gloucester but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to hire meeting rooms etc. would meeting in a coffee shop be too unprofessional? or a restaurant? I will be showing them examples of work so food and things on the table causes logistical problems I'm guessing.
I'm very confused. :confused2

Nothing worse than trying to show an A2 portfolio on a wee round table wi' two cups of wake-up juice already. :frown2
Good luck,
