Sales Manager - Silicon Photonics - EMEA An exciting and cutting-edge startup that specialises in silicon photonics is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the team. This will be the company’s first sales hire and offers exciting growth opportunities in the future. Suitable candidates will ideally have an engineering qualification along with proven experience in silicon photonics, fiber array, PLC connections and/or fiber optics. In this role you will be tasked with developing both new and existing customers. This role will require travel across Europe with occasional visits to the US. Photonics Sales Manager Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or related field • Proven sales and marketing experience and familiar with semiconductor channel partners • Minimum of 5 years experience within FA, PLC, Fiber Optics, Passive Products, Silicon Photonics or Integrated Photonics • Self-starter and ability to work with little supervision • Flexible individual and willing to travel as and when required For more information on this exciting opportunity with a growing startup, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Dave Sharman
