Job Description Cyber Security Manager Our Client to be secured and protected from increased cyber threats and compliant to industry standards. This role covers information protection, including data loss protection and data classification, and threat protection, including security information and event management (SIEM), user and entity behaviour analytics (UEBA), point products like anti-virus (AV) and intrusion detection system/intrusion prevention system (IDS/IPS) and penetration testing. The Service Delivery team consists of approximately 20 staff who support and operate the Company's services and there is an opportunity in that team for a Cyber Security Manager to oversee and govern all security services. Reporting Lines This role reports to Head of Service Delivery Main Accountabilities Technical leadership for all security solutions, including all the 3rd party managed services Maintain the overall security of Company's network, systems, and data Monitor security access and manage IDS/IPS configurations Establishing and implementing security 'best-practice' standards as well as departmental policies and procedures Responsible for Security scanning and the efficient remediation of vulnerabilities Responsible for analysing all security incidents to determine root cause Determine, recommend, and implement upgrade security measures and controls Delivery security responses for customer and client compliance requirements Developing and managing security plans with vendors Audit activities of administrators and conduct Security awareness training Requirements Demonstrable skills and capability in Security leadership and 3rd party management experience CISSP certification preferred. Compliance knowledge required in ISO27001, PCI and GDPR. Possibly a certified ethical hacker Knowledge of Security technologies is essential, such as network appliances, firewall administration, AD, IAM, PAM, SIEM, UEBA, AV, IDS/IPS and MDM solutions Understanding of common frameworks, such as ITIL or LEAN is preferred Good exposure of user environment management, including desktops/laptops, profile management, access control methodologies Must be very proactive in understanding and staying up to date with current security technologies and industry technology trends The job/Client is located at our head office in Paddington, London with hybrid working The Client holds a Licence to Sponsor (grade A) and will always consider sponsoring employees if needed We welcome applications from Ukrainian Refugees The salary for this position is circa £70K - £80K plus Benefits. Cyber Security Controls & Governance Manager Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park, Hybrid working. We're recruiting for a Cyber Security Controls & Governance Manager to oversee and protect the Lowell Group's information assets and brand through the development and management of the appropriate forums and onward submission of items to overarching Risk and Control Committees. Working with a team of cybersecurity and risk subject matter experts in second line risk, this role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in maintaining the health of Lowell's cyber and technology risks and control environment and will suit someone who is hands on and can work collaboratively in a matrix organisation. Accountabilities and responsibilities: Take a leading role in the control environment definition activities and working with the first line to provide support & challenge on risk and control assessments. Liaising with the owners of Xactium entries (risk, control, issue, incident and action) to ensure that these are maintained and updated. Support the UK Head of Cyber Security Risk with ownership and operation of governance controls in Nordics. Compiling reports for and administration of Technology and Information Security Risk Forum (TISF) in UK. Providing support for Nordics IT 2LOD in delivering the above activities in the Nordics regions. Performing supplier risk assessments and responding to client questionnaires across all three regions. What we need from you: Demonstrable work experience delivering effective business and technical security solutions, processes, tools and high performing teams. Experience of operating within and contributing to Information Security Management System environment. Experience of compliance to industry standards eg: ISO 27001; PCI DSS; ISO31000; and ITIL An understanding of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Either a recognised Information Security qualification, or working towards a relevant certification (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Certification, and / or Membership of the Institute of Information Security Professionals), or commensurate experience. Technical Account Manager (Cyber Security Ops) London / WFH to £45k Opportunity to progress your career as part of a hugely talented team at a rapidly expanding scale-up software house that is developing a highly complex network cyber security platform; the platform monitors network protocols in real-time, parses the commands and data structures to extract key metadata which is then analysed by in-house algorithms and allows customers to detect hackers, malware, data leakage and other malicious activity. As a Technical Account Manager your role will be split between working with clients to onboard them to the platform services and providing troubleshooting and technical support during this process whilst also developing your knowledge and skills around Security Operations, Threat Hunting and Offensive Security. Location / WFH: There's a remote interview / onboarding process and the ability to work from home for the majority of the time with only occasional visits to the London, City offices (i.e. 2-3 times a month).
