Requirements

• Substantial proven technical leadership experience demonstrating ability to effectively coordinate multiple teams across hardware and software.
• Exceptional communication skills with proven capacity to align diverse, sometimes internationally distributed, technical teams.
• A strong background in software or electronics with in-depth knowledge of the other. Typical technologies used will include C++, FPGAs, and Jenkins.
• Demonstrable experience in hardware and software integration, with a preference for candidates possessing knowledge of financial markets or algorithmic trading.
