While Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress are well-known options, there are some newer players worth considering:

  • Pixpa: This platform is excellent for photographers, artists, and designers. It offers a range of templates and customization options, making it easy to create a professional-looking portfolio.

  • Format: Known for its user-friendly interface, Format is another great option for creatives. It provides beautiful templates and a straightforward setup process.

  • Hostinger: If you’re on a budget, Hostinger offers affordable plans with good performance and features suitable for student portfolios or small businesses.

  • Full Scope Freelancer: As you mentioned, this tool is gaining popularity for its cost-effectiveness and comprehensive features tailored for freelancers. It could be a great choice if you’re looking for a balance between price and functionality.

For those looking to find a remote job, having a well-crafted online portfolio can significantly enhance your chances. These tools can help you showcase your work effectively and reach a broader audience.

I hope this helps! 🥹

Choosing a laptop for work and there to find freelance job sites is key. My advice to you is to look for a powerful processor, 16GB of RAM for smooth operation and SSD storage for fast booting. Weight and size matter if you're mobile. Macbooks are popular but expensive, consider a Windows or Chromebook as well!

My personal Top:

  • Apple Macbook Pro (Classic choice for web dev, but on the pricier side)

  • Dell XPS 13 (Powerful and portable Windows option)

  • Google Pixelbook Go (Great budget-friendly Chromebook)
