I'll need a bit more information before I can help you on this one.
How much work are they asking you to do?
Are they expecting you to write any of the copy?
Are you designing images or formatting supplied files?
You should probably work out how long this will take you to complete, times this by your hourly rate, and perhaps add a percentage to this of around 10-20%.
Are you going to be liaising with the printers on this one? If you're looking for one we'll be more than happy to help you out.
