Although the accountant might look like an unnecessary expense they will save you lot of time and money in the long run. If you shop around you could find an accountant for quite a reasonable price just ask around from people in your sector and they might be able to recommend you somebody.

There is lot of extra charges associated with business bank account, every time you make a transaction you get charged. If you are not planning to move big amounts of money in and out you will be perfectly alright whit regular bank account.

I have been using personal account for years now on PayPal. I did open it for eBay transactions but then I did start using it for business purposes as well and no problems so far. If you are planning to do lot of business transactions then it is always worth checking they terms and condition just to be safe.

Using social media networks can also give you some new contacts. Websites like Linked In and EAcademy or even Face book can become very valuable networking tool. And having a website to promote your services is also something you should consider. As you mentioned that you have been doing some web developing then it you can do it without a spending much money on it.
