hi guys
I'm after a bit of advice on this:
I have been working for a company for about 6 months now doing graphic and web design. I don't have a written contract with them, I am basically working for them as and when they want me, on a low wage producing work for large blue chip companies. The reason why I am working for the company is that I was made redundant and needed the money.
I am starting to get a bit fed up with producing the type and amount of work I am, for the amount of pay they are giving me. I also feel as if they are 'using me' as I am cheap labour for them, and have not got any written contract with them(although i don't really wont one!)
My question is:
If they decide to finish me next week or if I quit, will they have the rights to all the work I have produced for them over the last months?
Thanks
