Hi guys. I am new to this website.

I have been made redundant more times than the tooth fairy visits Audley Harrison.
I have been selling training courses for the different companies I have worked for, and thought I should start my own freelance sales and marketing business selling training on behalf of all the trainers I have been working with in the past that have also been made redundant.

I will be selling health & safety, Driver CPC, Construction Skills, FLT, Logistics and anything else I manage to take on board, as these are the areas in which I have been selling B2B.

My query is this: If I am to set this up, do I set myself up as a training provider, or as a consultant?
I also want to know how I can prevent the trainer from taking future business away from me once I have introduced the company to the trainer.

All help in setting up will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Dean
