Hi guys. I am new to this website.
I have been made redundant more times than the tooth fairy visits Audley Harrison.
I have been selling training courses for the different companies I have worked for, and thought I should start my own freelance sales and marketing business selling training on behalf of all the trainers I have been working with in the past that have also been made redundant.
I will be selling health & safety, Driver CPC, Construction Skills, FLT, Logistics and anything else I manage to take on board, as these are the areas in which I have been selling B2B.
My query is this: If I am to set this up, do I set myself up as a training provider, or as a consultant?
I also want to know how I can prevent the trainer from taking future business away from me once I have introduced the company to the trainer.
All help in setting up will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Dean

I can't answer most of this, but as a translator, if I work for agencies I would probably have to sign a contract with them to say I won't approach their clients direct (if I know who they are). You'd need to do something similar (and make sure it's watertight. I got an electrical company to do some electrical work for me a few months ago. They were using a contractor, and he made sure to leave me his business card as he went).
Good luck!

Plus, you can get more clients that way, too. Start with putting up a business proposal and you can show them how you can work with them in improving business strategy. I think you'd do better with starting businesses and pick it up from there. -

Well this is a free lancing forum, a forum through which you are able to go for gain work. Its not a place where you can go for and sell your products.FreshConcept, post: 17664 a écrit : Hi guys. I am new to this website.
