It's always best to download all the required information from your FreeAgent account before you terminate the service, as it can be difficult to get access to your account again without paying the fees. Did you keep any backup copies of the sales invoices and expense receipts outside of FreeAgent?

Also, if you are no longer using the LTD company, it's best to close this down asap once the accounts and corporation tax return have been filed.
