Does anyone find late payments an issue or have any tips to help get paid on time?
Hi all,
I am new to this forum but wanted help dealing with late payments.
I am aware freelancers often struggle when it comes to being paid on time, dealing with invoicing problems etc and I hoped you guys would have some tips to help ensure that late payments don't become a major issue for me.
Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The main things you need to do are agree payment terms in advance of the work, invoice promptly, and chase, chase, chase!
If none of the above are working you may use a debt collection company or at last resort take small claims court action.
