Hello,
I wondered if anyone could give me advice on this. I have been working for a company for 6 months on an internship. I have worked freelance for the last few years but took the part time internship because they are a good design consultancy. They have asked me to continue with them but as a full time freelancer. We haven't discussed my hourly rate or contract yet. I have just started looking into the problems of being freelance but working full time for only one company (IR35). Could anyone give advice on this. I have several freelance clients at the moment and my hourly rate is £25. I would like to work for the company but am worried about this.
Would really appreciate any advice.
Thank you

if you work for that company for more than 2 yrs with no other clients you might run into problems with IR35 etc but otherwise u should b ok
thsi is how i understand it anyway, others may be able to give you more advice
