Hi all,
I was a freelancer for a while and recently joined a limited company as a partner. Through the company, we pay ourselves a monthly wage and pay tax on what we earn. My question is, as long as all my work goes through the company, is this all I need to be doing tax wise or should I be submitting a tax return on behalf of myself as well as the company?
Thanks,
_chris_

Also could clarify please, what do you mean by partner? A limited company do not have partner but share holders.
