Welcome to the world of freelancing! Time management and time tracking are definitely crucial when working with multiple clients and projects. There are quite a few tools out there that help you stay organized and on top of your work.
For time tracking, apps like Toggl or Clockify are quite popular among freelancers. They are easy to use and allow you to log hours for different projects, which can also help with invoicing.
However, if you are looking for a more comprehensive solution to effectively manage not only your time but also illnesses and problems, I would give you jira okr.
