Cloud Business Intelligence Engineer Location: London 1 -2 days per week. 4 Month contract initially, good scope for extension £450 - £500 p/d (Umbrella-PAYE) One of our blue chip clients are looking for a Cloud Business Intelligence Engineer to join the team on a long term programme of work. We are ideally looking at someone with 3 to 5 years' experience. The ideal candidate will be able to create dashboards and reports, work with the front developer to create web-based visualisations. Key responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based BI solutions. • Create and manage data models, dashboards, and reports using cloud platforms. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions. • Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes, leveraging cloud data services. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within cloud environments. Key Skills & Experience: • Proficiency in SQL and cloud data warehousing (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery). • Experience with cloud BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cloud-based data solutions. • Knowledge of ETL processes and cloud data integration (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory). • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, especially in remote and distributed teams. Job Description Data Analyst - Holborn London Our Client is looking to recruit a Data Analyst with at least 5 years proven experience. As a Data Analyst you will ensure that all data is processed and quality assured so that it can be analysed through appropriate systems with a view to the production of reports that can assist the Client services and other stakeholders make effective decisions and support the assessment of indicators and other business intelligence processes.. Key responsibilities: Day to day implementation and overview of the business's data strategy to ensure that organisational data is systematised with a view to optimising business intelligence and decision-making. Clear knowledge of all the data sources within the organisation, including the CRM and other information systems, and ability to work on those sources either individually, together or identify new sources that can inform effective operation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Ability to manage multiple projects adhering to logistics, timescales and deadlines.
