Your future duties and responsibilities As a Junior ServiceNow Developer, you'll contribute to configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, working closely with a team of experienced professionals to deliver innovative solutions that improve workflows and processes. Key Responsibilities: • Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow environments, including creating business rules, client scripts, and workflows. • Assist in building and maintaining the Service Catalog and Service Portal for a seamless user experience. • Help integrate systems with ServiceNow using tools like web services and mid-server. • Troubleshoot issues, perform basic bug fixes, and support platform maintenance under guidance. • Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. • Stay curious and eager to learn new ServiceNow modules and best practices through training and mentorship. Required qualifications to be successful in this role We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to grow their skills.
