The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager's mission is to define and coordinate the implementation of a company's quality assurance policy around three axes: organizational methods, processes, and audit. To this end, they test all aspects of production (functional, design, technical) to approve its delivery. In accordance with the specifications' requirements, they control the compliance of production processes and evaluate the consequences of technical modifications in terms of quality at several levels: organization, documentation, validation, training, facilities, investments, suppliers... They thus ensure the validation of production tool choices to make processes more reliable, as well as the validation and monitoring of quality assurance contracts with various partners, all in accordance with the procedures, specifications and documents of the quality assurance system.
