One of our clients are looking for an experienced Senior QS for a substation project in Amersham.


Set-up:
* ASAP start
* 6-month initial contract
* Hybrid role - 3/4 days on site
* Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the client.
Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
Assist in establishing a clients requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.
Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.

Client wants:

Previous experience working for T1 contractors in live project setting
Substation experience preferred
Proven experience as QS
Strong communication and good organisation skills and time management
Ability to manage high-risk schemes
