This company is a globally recognised manufacturer and service provider of advanced microwave radio solutions designed for modern telecommunications networks.

In this role, you will oversee diverse sales activities, playing a pivotal part in business development and driving the company's growth in the UK and Ireland markets. Your focus will be on developing business opportunities for point-to-point microwave radio systems, backhaul solutions, and associated services. This is a remote role based in the UK, but it will require travel to meet customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in the microwave equipment market. The successful candidate should be a driven individual looking to contribute to the business's long-term success and growth in a technically demanding and fast-evolving market.

* Strong understanding of technical and business requirements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Based in the UK, Full UK Driving License
