About the OPPORTUNITY
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Project Data and Insights Analyst, based at Osborne, SA.
In this role you will help grow our business intelligence capability through the development of dashboards to generate knowledge and insights from project application toolsets.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop BI dashboards using Tableau
Ensure efficient, sustainable and best practice design to build dashboards that facilitate efficient analysis and reduce reliance on manual data
Engage and work with delivery teams to enhance the Program Metrics/KPIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business requirements
Coordinate and compile Program Performance reporting from delivery teams ensuring measurements are submitted in line with reporting objectives and quality requirements
Attend and participate in project review meetings
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision making
About YOU
Dashboard Development experience (Tableau)
Proven contemporary knowledge and expertise in the use of Business Intelligence tools and techniques to analyse, interpret and present data in a range of formats and forums to address business needs
Demonstrated experience in the planning and delivery of discrete project outcomes within a low complexity project environment
Experience in performance reporting and solving complex problems with analytical thinking.
Strong communication & Interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to meet business goals.
Experience co-ordinating cross-functional teams
High level writing and presentation skills that extend to clear and accurate reports appropriate for a management audience
