We're looking for two Senior QA Testers to join our Digital Channels Contact Centre (DCCC) team. You'll test applications and services that allow millions of users to access essential benefits.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need to show us in your application?

• Proven experience of testing large Contact Centre Cloud-based telephony platforms.

• Proven experience of the latest Telephony testing tools, techniques and methodologies with an understanding of where it would be beneficial to apply them.

• Experience of test automation in relation to a Contact Centre environment.

• Experience of maintaining full traceability of requirements, tests and defects.

• Proven experience in managing and driving the resolution of defects or issues preventing delivery of Testing activities.

• Proven ability to set the Testing strategic direction for product teams, supporting and contributing to the wider Testing community.

You and your role

You will be part of our Digital Channels Contact Centre (DCCC), supporting the delivery of telephony services to both citizen and DWP colleagues.

You'll give technical and strategic leadership to multiple Testers across our product teams.

That means overseeing the products they deliver, support and test, and includes environment maintenance, upgrades, and availability, tooling support and defect triage.
You will oversee all levels of system testing to enable the successful implementation of DCCC releases.

Our QA Testers are at the centre of innovation at DWP. When we try something new, you and your team tell us if it works, spot defects and resolve issues. You'll make sure our products work for millions of people who need them.

Pay: In return for your skills, we offer competitive pay of up to £45,081 p.a.
