We are seeking a Service Platform Engineer with 4 years minimum of experience in implementing ServiceNow integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and developing on the ServiceNow platform, particularly within the ITSM module, Configuration Management, and related API management.
ServiceNow Platform Admin / Developer :
• Operations of administration, change, maintenance and monitoring of platform's system-wide settings.
• Manage platform upgrades and ensure the system is up-to-date with the latest features and security fixes, and install new apps and modules.
• Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation
• Manages instance security.
• Automation of delivery and administration tasks (Automated Testing Framework)
• Build and manage ITIL processes Workflows, especially Incident and Change.
• Operate End User support.
• Prepare and update EndUsers onboarding documentation Material.
• Experience preparing and/or executing business and technical requirements, specifications, user manuals, test plans, test scripts and test cases.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, implement and deploy new features and enhancements and ensure our product meet user expectations, reliability and performance standards.

Additional Expertise fields (at least one) :
Tool Integration :
Good experience in Management of tool Integrations ( API REST , GRAPH QL , Editor Connectors, Or ServiceNow IntegrationHUB)
Can be several among
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with CMDB discovery tools like ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, Azure/AWS, Qualys …
• Experience with integrations with external tools thanks to REST APIs, Web Services (REST, SOAP), MID Servers, and editor connectors (example Pagerduty, PowerbI …).
• Experience with Devops Pipelines integration for Change Mgt (devops velocity module / or native REST Apis)
CSDM / CMDB :
• CMDB Administrator role.
• Mastery of CMDB tables, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and configuration management best practices.
• Experience in configuring and managing CI (Configuration Item) classes and dependency relationships in the CMDB.
• Skills in data modeling to maintain an accurate and reliable CMDB.
• Expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to import discovery data into the CMDB.
• Experience in Data Quality cleaning and Kpis ( deal with Orphans, Duplicates, completeness, Correctness and Stales CIs …)
• Experience with Identification and Reconcilation Rules management to detect, identify and solve Dupes.
SOFT Skills :
Solution oriented. Self-starter, leader, autonomous, quick learner
Excellent communication skills in English, French is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have among previous experiences :
Any previous experience in ServiceNow platform \"back to baseline\" or back to 'Out of The BOX' projects, dealing with reduction of customizations of the platform is a plus
DevOps Change Velocity module is nice to have also.
