What you'll do:
Oversee systems installed at customer sites, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with your team to find solutions.
Perform regular maintenance, monitor systems proactively, manage upgrades, and handle lifecycle management.
Collaborate with Project Engineers and Managers to implement new technologies and installations.
Prepare and install solutions, conduct user training, and document each installation.
Carry out corrective maintenance, updates, and preventive visits as part of your maintenance responsibilities.
Profil recherché
Does this sound like you?
You hold a Master's in industrial sciences electronics/ICT, or a Bachelor's with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
You're skilled in networking (CISCO CCNA), virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), and both Windows and Linux systems.
You're fluent in Dutch, with excellent communication skills in English.
You have a customer-focused, proactive attitude, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in control room environments (such as video surveillance, telecommunication, etc.) is a plus!
